Aqua Hot is heating, Zones are not.
My coach ended up spending near a month at Cummins Houston in getting some Emission codes to clear. I am guessing that they never plugged the coach in while is was sitting. Before I had dropped off I had turned the inverters off but did not kill the salesman switch since I figured they would have it plugged in, my mistake. When I got in it to drive home the Silverleaf Monitor had orange buttons and they were blue before I left it. When I got home and plugged in the chargers were putting out max for a few hours and I had never seen them work so hard since I have owned the coach, even after boondocking for a night. I got with Foretravel and Silverleaf and reprogramed the Silverleaf Monitor and think I got all of that worked out.
The AC system is not in the Silverleaf and I had a Micro-Air thermostat that would operate the AC's Heat Pumps and the aqua hot heat zones. I can turn the Aqua-Hot electric and diesel burner on and off. I just can not get the AH heat zones to work. I have tried killing power via the salesman switch and the RV-C disconnect but it did not kill power to the thermostat. I am trying to find the diagram that will show me what breaker to disconnect to kill power to them to see if it will resent, but have not found that yet.
I have also changed out the MIcro-Air with the old original working Thermostat and that did not get the zones to come on.
I know the thermostat is what I used to turn on the heat zones but where does that signal go from there. The thermostat has 4 wires coming off of it marked Heat 1,2,3,& 4. Do these wires go to the Aqua-Hot controller and that turns the zones on and the blowers at the zones or does the thermostat talk to the circuit board on the AC Roof unit and it then sends signal somewhere?
Hope I have explained this good enough.
