Roof leak

While replacing the dometic fridge with a residential fridge I took the top vent off  I thought something looked amiss so drilled a small hole in the side.  To my surprise some water streamed out. What am I looking at.  Is this just a leak that need sealing such as bolt holes and such or is this now major stuff??

That looks like, might be an issue.THATS a good bit of water, you need to find the source of that leak. Any rotten wood?

No rot that I can see.  I let all the water drain out completely so maybe I can find the leak (hoping it is is just screw areas around vents etc

Are you going to remove the vent now that you have a residential fridge.

 It sure about that. The question whether I remove the upper vent and plug the lower vent. I have heard various options. I live in Alberta so the weather generally is cold. Suggestions??
Also the water that leaked out was very clean, so I suspect the leak happened from a "torrential" downpour all day we had just before the fridge install. It would have not been there that long  as I had a cover in it previously

With the old fridge the fridge seals the inside air from the outside air and with the residential fridge
there would be a huge amount of air coming into the coach from the outside. I insulated the top vent
and fiber glassed in the hole and the bottom vent I insulated and bought a door to seal the hole.

Do you have pics of the "seal" you used for the top vent and the insulating of the side vent?

Dig into your residential fridge manual for installation and operation. It will have some guidelines for operating temperatures. Most are engineered to operate in a conditioned environment. Some even state that they are not approved for use in a garage.

The first picture is where the roof vent was and the other 2 pictures is of where the side vent was
