Bathroom cabinet foot light. U320. Where is the switch?

I cannot find anything that turns the foot light under the cabinet in the bathroom on. I am guessing it is tied into the lights under the valances in the living area? But it is not working? I am assuming this is factory, let me know if not.

In my 01 it was one of the switches in the entry step stairwell believe it or not

On my 03 U320, it's over your head while laying in bed, with the clock, generator start and docking lights buttons.
