2025 Motorcade Club renewal invoice

Did anyone else just receive a MC club renewal invoice in the mail?  We were charged (and paid) a full year's dues when we bought the Beest in late August.

An invoice for 2025 arrived today (mailed December 20), although it had an October 21 invoice date on it and the wrong MC club number on it, and states it's due by the end of the year.  I tried calling, but obviously the club office is closed for the holidays.  I've sent an e-mail to have a contact record.

Just wondering if anyone knows if they had a billing glitch.

We received a Motorcade Club invoice in the mail yesterday (12/23).  Our MC club number is correct on the invoice.

The invoice "date" is 10/01/2024.  The "due date" is 10/31/2024.  Under "TERMS" column it says "Due 12/31".

Last time we paid our dues I wrote the check on 11/30/2023, so they must have mailed us the invoice sometime before that date.

I just figured with the reorganization of the club and change of leadership, perhaps they got behind mailing the invoices out.

I'll stick a check in the mail after Christmas Day, and it'll get to them when it gets there.  If it's late...(shrug of shoulders).

I just got one and set it up to be paid DW thought we had already paid it !!!

Hadn't heard about a reorganization.  This is the first communication of any sort from MC club we've gotten since reactivating in August. 

I did just look to see if there was still a way to sign into MC online (I haven't tried since 2016 when we sold the '03), but their link via FT's "Owner Services" tab gives a "404 Not Found" error.

When I bought my coach and signed up they charged me for a full year and that was in September. In December I received an invoice for another full year and when I called them they prorated it so basically my second payment paid the balance of the year that I first signed up if that makes any sense.

I was referring to the changes since the Club and the factory separated and Beverly Koonce left the club.  I pay zero attention to MC Club news and politics, so I really have no idea what is going on there these days.

There is an email that is sent out about once a month with a news letter from the President,  Jerry Moon. Are you not getting it?

Nope.  We haven't received anything from the club whatsoever until this bill. 

We're also still waiting for our numbers for this coach.  I chose the color back in August, but the machine that cuts them was down for repair.  They were supposed to ship them to us when it was repaired.

Given the incorrect MC number on this invoice, I wonder if all that is going to the folks with that number.
