Hydronic Heating Warehouse - Review

For anyone needing Aquahot parts, please be aware that there are many issues with Hydronic Heating Warehouse. Yes, they have a slick website, advertise good prices, and quick shipping.

I have placed two orders this year. The first order took much longer to be received but was eventually received. My current order has not been received and they do not reply to any inquiries and they are not available via phone. The communication is terrible/non-existent.

They, and their parent Master Tech RV, are getting terrible reviews online with similar stories. There is no way to know if the rumors and online comments are true but I do know that I have not received my order.  My recommendation is to avoid them.

I also had bad experience. Had to cancel cc transaction after waiting over a month for part.  No reply from email when questioning order

I have also filed with my credit card for a refund.  This is the only response I've received. Still no parts.  Awaiting my credit card to post a refund. "...we are still operating our online store" must mean taking orders and not shipping parts!  >:(

Hi Fred,
Yes we are temporarily closed on the service side of the business but we are still operating our online store.
