We did it, Colorado to Ohio - But there's always a but

We did buy a nice 1995 Fortravel U295 in Granby Colorado. Drove it all the way home to Ohio with zero issues. But backing into my driveway I munch the bottom of the ladder on the back. I'm really mad at myself for thinking I could do it with no back up camera. Now I have to find one ladder tube. Anyone now where I can get it from? Everything is ok except for the bottom of the ladder. One of many posts to come..

Others will respond about the ladder but I would just say congratulations.  Welcome to the family.

Hope you enjoyed your maiden voyage!
You can check out local boat supply places, they may have similar styles available or maybe even be able to straighten it for you.
Any place that makes bimini covers will have the ability to build you one from scratch.
You might also use the search function at the top right of the page to do a search for lower ladders or ladder replacements.
I know there was a recent post about this place Surco Products Inc | Roof Racks, Premier Automotive Accessories  which was significantly cheaper than many others.

On the bright side.... at least you didn't bust up the fiberglass.
And now you know why everyone says you should always have a spotter, and a back-up camera. Doing a quick walk-around doesn't hurt either.
Wishing you good luck with the repair and hoping you love your coach as much as the rest of us do.
This place is a gold mine of information.

It's been a long time since any OEM ladder parts have been available, even from take-offs

^^ These are likely to be the best options. ^^

Welcome to the group!

I just removed the lower section of our ladder.  We have a 6' ladder that I use for the window and stuff so didn't really need it .... But ours was hinged so it was an extra pita.

Thank you for the welcome and the tips. I really want to keep this as original as possible so the search for a ladder begins...

Your ladder looks just like mine, I kissed mine with my Kubota tractor.
I will watch your thread for repair/replacement advice.
