Don't know how old my belt is for the water pump but I will look at it closer tomorrow along with the big white relay.

Ran out of time today

I have had a lot of little issues with my power tech kabota. Reading thru all of the posts and suggestions a lot point to overheat but you say no light so I assume the 120v fan for the radiator is coming on. If so then it will probably be fuel problem.

Kabota has a fuel selonoid or cut off, or shut down selonoid all different names but the same thing. 12v opens fuel supply to the injection system and no power it shuts off. One of the mini relays in es52 controls this. Mine was bad sending power but not enough current to hold the selonoid open. Over heats the windings and then shuts down. I had to replace selonoid also most kabota dealers stock this part common failure 100 bucks I believe it was.

You can put your hand on it when running and if is hot to touch it could be your problem.

My 2 cents
Alan

Thanks Alan,
The fan is running. I actually replaced fan motor and capacitor right after  the big freeze in Texas last year
I ordered a few relays for the es52 earlier today. I was planning on swapping them out just in case. Should arrive in a day or two.

Swapped out both relays this morning on the ES-52 .

No change, generator still shuts down after a few minutes.

Frank.    Unfortunately our 95 didn't come with any indicator lights.
If memory serves it would run about 15 to 20 min before shut down.
I really need to run some gages for water and oil.

IT'S FIXED

Woody(& Sitka) are  here at Gone Fishing RV Resort.
He's come over several times to see what's going on with the generator.
After looking at his schematics and watching what the genni does he told me to check the connection for the fuel solenoid.
I disconnected , looked at both ends for corrosion (nothing visible)and blew into them in case there was dust.
Reconnected.

Problem solved.
Thanks to Woody, and all who posted to assist.

I had the same problem. After all the troubleshooting steps yielded no results, I found an inline fuel filter behind the entry step that had not been changed with the others. New filter fixed it.

It's happening again after 3 years.
Gen shuts down on its own.
Last time I changed both start and run relays with no change.
Last time it was this connection that "was dirty" because after cleaning it problem was solved.

When it started shutting down again,
About a month ago ,I cut and spliced the red wire because it was bent and loose in the connector but no change

I'll pull the gent today and probably change the latching relay

Replaced latching relay with no issues and ran generator for an hour. Did not shut down. Hopefully that was the problem.

My post 3 yrs ago mentioned  blowing out that relay. I think that taking an air gun to everything in that gen compartment every year may just stop a lot of no run issues.
Preventative  maintenance saves lots of problems.
