Finally a nice day to finish this up and test everything out. Everything appears to be working as it should and no leaks is the best part.
Moved the fill tank down about 4 inches and used riv-nuts. Seems like that is pretty thin for threads to grab. Just figured might as well for my piece of mind. I moved it down so it was easier to use the vacuum fill system.
