New Rooftop A/C Unit

I need to replaace the rooftop A/C unit on my 1984 Foretravel. I would assume that there have been many advancements since then. What is the current recommendation for a replacement. Thank You!

When I re did my AC gaskets I found that Foretravel had used off cut pieces of the plywood from the interior and used spray foam for a gasket. So check it as a standard 1 inch gasket is too thick and I had to replace them with a half inch gasket as the installation recommended a 50% crush to get down to 1/4 inch dimension.

After doing research, it looks like Furrion may be the best unit available. My coach only has one unit, is 38 ft long. Can anyone advise on the Furrion brand itself. What size and features would be the  best choice for my unit.  Thank you in advance for your help, its great to have so many people with such a broad range of knowledge available for help,, thank you for taking the time to anwer me. I replaced my front original penguin with a Furrion Chill about a year ago. What a mistake it is very loud and doesn't cool nearly as good as the original penguin. Keep looking at different units.
