It would be obvious - your lighting would be controlled by little "chicklet" switches and the pullouts under the fridge would have all kinds of wiring in them.
If you have a wall next to the fridge, the way the 36" wide residential ones open you wouldn't be able to open the door wide enough to get the bins out because the door hits the wall. Then you would likely prefer a 32" (so the doors could open far enough). It would be biased away from the wall (you'd gain a narrow storage space between the fridge and the wall in this case).
