Glad you looked at the fares between the BC ferry and the WAshington state one.  We went over last year from Anacortes and back from Nanaimo to Vancouver and the difference was almost 50%!! Although if you go back on the BC ferry you can get the benefit of the growers smoking on the top deck as they take their product to the mainland!!!

Well in that case, I'll be sure to stuff a bunch of Doritos in the galley cupboards before hand. I could sell them like bags of Cracker Jacks at a baseball game.

Once again it's off to the great white north with us.

I was able to secure covered parking (unheated though) here in Walla Walla through a generous offer from a member of our church. Price is right as well (Zero dollars per month)

So we will head up to Vancouver Island on Friday to drive the coach back to Walla Walla. Looks like Snoqualmie will be wet but 50 degrees.

Will fly to Vancouver then catch a floatplane to the Island.
