Spare wires

Does anyone know if there are spare wires that go from the equipment bay where the inverter is located to behind the dash on a 2005 U320?

There are not in the 2001.  Look in the back of your FT white book for the lists of wires.  In mine, there are a couple of bundles from the engine to the dash and to the space above the windshield.  Extra wires terminate on the driver's side of the dash and overhed space and in a big wire loom on the driver's side of the engine bay in the cross member above the receiver.

Steve,

As Roger has pointed out, the spare wires generally run the full length of the coach.  If your coach has the galvanized metal covers in the "roof" of each storage bay ( like ours does), then all you have to do is pull the appropriate cover down, and find the spare wire bundle in amongst all the hoses and tubes and other wires.  Up under the dash, locate the spare wire that terminates closest to your area of interest.  Find that same wire in the inverter bay, cut it, and extend it to wherever you need it.  Easy!  8)
