T-man,

Sounds like you have most of your inputs running successfully into the TV already from the various sources.  Also, it looks like your TV has an external audio output - so you can just run the TV's audio through the Bose system by running an optical audio cable from the Digital Audio Out (Optical) port in your TV to the OPTICAL port in your Bose system.  That way, whatever you are watching on TV will automatically play through the Bose - no switching channels on the Bose system would be necessary.

Pull that plastic cover off the Digital Audio Out port in the TV to make sure the plug passes the eye test, but something like this should work:
Amazon.com: KabelDirekt Optical Digital Audio Cable (20 Feet) Home Theater...

In the Sound section of your TV settings - you should find an option for 'Internal Speakers' On/Off, and 'External Speakers' On/Off.  Default settings are INTERNAL: On,  EXTERNAL:Off.  Internal speakers are the TV's built in speakers.  External in this case would be for your optical line running to the Bose.  So turn internal off, and external on, and you'll be all set.
