Intellitec Multiplex Controls

Our new to us 2004 U295 has the Intellitec Multiplex controls for lighting and the water pump switch.
It's a great feature although it does introduce a bit of complexity and potential for long term issues. The coolest switch is over your head, above the bed, next to the alarm clock. It's nice to be able to turn off all the lights after climbing into bed or to turn on the porch and docking lights if you hear a noise outside.

We have 9 switch panels including one in the wet bay. The main controller and relay boards are under the refrigerator.
We had multiple buttons on individual panels that were not working. Each switch panel has either 6 or 10 buttons although underneath they are all 10 switch boards.

On our system the programming is in each individual switch panel and there is no programming in the main system controller. I understand that some others may have a main controller that requires programming.

Doing some digging the web I was able to locate the documentation on the system and the software to program the switch panels.

I was able to fix the erroneous programming in each of my panels and now have a back up of the programming for each panel in case I ever need to replace one. I will likely try to find a spare or 2 for the future. The programming can be read and/or updated with it still installed in the coach or standalone. I'm hoping this fix is semi-permanent although I don't know what caused it originally.

Main controller: 160 Channel RV Master 00-00837-000
Switch panels: 10 Button panel 00-00841-010

If anyone has the same system and is having a problem, PM me and I might be able to help out.

Slightly different than our 03 modules but hopefully similar enough you can guide us through a problem when we have one.  Thanks for posting.

We have the same coach 😀

Since last night every lights in the coach turns on and off randomly.

Tested the batteries and Zantrex inverter and all seems fine.

Any Idea what can be causing the issue?

Thanks

I'm following this thread hoping for some troubleshooting information.  Mine will occasionally "freak out" and start randomly turning things on or off.  Unfortunately this system controls the water pump and fill valve too and it happened to me while I was in the shower.  So there I am all soaped up and the water and the bathroom lights turn off... lol.  I have the same three modules under the fridge as shown in the 2nd picture of the original post but I don't have the "RV IPX Master" shown in the first picture.  My switch panels are an older version from what's shown in the post.  They are smaller but still have the capacity for 10 buttons.  I really like the system but I know nothing about how to program or troubleshoot the switches.  Not sure how many others have this system.  It seems like this was only used on the 42' coaches in my year as I have seen many shorter U320's that don't have it.  Hoping for some helpful info here.  TIA
