If you can get the coach up on the air bags without the jacks, you can rock it like a boat with a couple of people .

Won't work. Try watching some of the Utube videos where a guy exposed the fallacy that driving around to slosh the ice around in a tank to clean it. Not enough violence to cause necessary cleaning.

HEY!! If the bottom of the tank is exposed, why not use some "percussion persuasion"? Thump it with a rubber mallet. That should get the"stuff" loose from the tank bottom.
We have one of those vibratory massage wands and this would possibly induce enough vibration to the tank bottom to agitate the pile base.

PLEASE, NO Drano. Its too easy to spill or get on you. Next person working on it may find that it is in the system by ACCIDENT.
A piece of PVC pipe, dawn soap and elbow grease thru the toilet will work but it takes time and patience.

Rock it till it shakes the ornaments off the walls. But again its an age thing.. Maybe get one of those riding bulls and set it up in the living room and have the neighbors over so everyone can get a ride and if that doesnt work
May I suggest one of the horses with the handles on the ears that has the springs on it and let the camp give it a try..Might need replacement springs for those of the larger build..

Pour hot water out of a kettle into tank while holding valve open, after pouring some Dawn down first. Wait for 10 minutes then get the garden hose into tank and direct a jet of water to bottom, again while holding valve open.
Once clear put some more Dawn in with some water and leave it in tank.
I did just this a bunch of years ago and it worked .

How about getting a couple of metabolically challenged (politically correct terminology here) people to run back and forth and jump up and down in the RV?

Might be too strenuous for them tho.

When moving to the next campground if I would have a full hookup I always traveled with around 1/8 to 1/4 black tank quantity.
Dumped as soon as I hooked up there.
Never had any black tank issues.

UPDATE

Got the tank/plumbing clear and flowing.
Used Camco water wand thing from Walmart to clear it out to flowing. Used more muscle than I expected but its working.
Currently filling black tank and dumping multiple times.

It's a crappy job, but some one had to do it

This is one good reason to only dump when the tank is full, rather than leaving the dump valve open all the time when hooked up to sewer. This also helps prevent sewer flies.

We had a talk about proper tank maintenance.
Dump only as needed, use a bit more water when clearing the bowl, add a bit of detergent after dumping.
