I finally fixed all my creepy seals. I pulled five window frames and repaired seven panes. I found this to be a pretty big job. The process is:
1. Remove window frame;
2. Split frame;
3. Remove glass;
4. Separate double panes;
5. Remove old seal;
6. Install new seal;
7. Reassemble & reinstall.

I bought the larger Dave Root kit. The small one does up to four windows ($320) and the larger, eight windows ($520). The kit includes everything you need. I used less than half of what I bought so I'll make a good deal for someone who wants the rest. Just get a source and price and I'll beat it by a mile. 

I couldn't find much on the internet on this project. Couple of videos which were not useful. Haygarth did it years ago (Haygarth-Creepies) and he was kind enough to give me some good tips.

I used 2' painters tape on the interior clamping ring to hold that in position, on the inside wall, prior to removing the screws. That allowed me to get the windows installed back in the same position as was original.

How come when the main awning is down you can only open the entrance door about 6 inches before it would tear into the awning.
