Fortunately another U280 owner here let me swap key pads, even w his keypad my fault continued..will send the ECU for repair...thanks

Check with John-- normally he wants BOTH shift pad and ECU so he can test exactly what you have.

Heating it with a small space heater until it is slightly warm to the touch and it functions normally.... will get hold of these folks Monday!!

well, as suggested a trip to Transmission Instruments and all is as new, they turned it around in a day...good as gold...
