BillTn, it's a shame they aren't s little more customer oriented. Seems as though they would want to capitalize on the high demand for their products. It sure is a chore to deal with them.

I finally got to talk to Randy at HWH and he confirmed my diagnosis that the control box was bad. I was then able to get a rga number so I could send in for repair.

Glad you finally got through. It could be a nice garage business repairing hwh boxes. If you where technically able.

Do you repair HWH touch pads and control boxes? If so I have a spare  Control box and pad I will send you for repair.
