Ok, hopefully I have attached pictures. I am hoping it will not get worst, but the "bubbles" look to me to be caused by the brackets pushing thru the glass. If that is the case, it certainly could get worst. I think what I will do is take the doors off and make new attachment brackets, or modify existing with metal plates of aluminum. I will glass in the new brackets with plates. The "bubble" on the outside can then be ground down, to the plate if need be. Reglassed and gelcoat matched. I will get more color matched gelcoat and I can repair a few other little bumps and bruises. As far as door alignment. I will look for ways to adjust

I have those bubbles on the engine hatch of our 270. Our other rigs have not had them. Rance at Xtreme told me they happen during manufacture and are of no concern.

Think when that happens during manufacture the quality control persons needs to take them straight to the dumpster,if any of us
were buying a new coach and saw that would we buy it?No expert but maybe that bubble happens sometime after the sale.
Rance may not be concerned but I'll bet he's happy when a concerned customer comes in and pays him to repair it.
