There were several members in this post who expressed willingness to offer a place for non commercial services to Full-timers and offered to publish their phone numbers.

I am one of them.

So how do we set up a central file where these numbers are stored ?

Good ideas not acted upon give one a feeling of generosity, without actually accomplishing anything.

If interest exists, I can write up a draft agreement as a preamble to the phone list regulating the offer as a non commercial service and shielding the offeror from reliabilities, although I am sure there are Forum members with law degrees better equipped than me for this task.
