Your projector mod is pretty cool! The "Aussie" light conversion I linked above allows to you use a standard rectangular LED conversion light like the JW Speaker unit I also linked above. Not as integrated looking as what you did, but should be a bolt in replacement for '95-'01 coaches.

I haven't ruled out the pre-'02 coaches, but I really think I want an '05 - mostly for the 18k rated hitch. Not that I'm planning to tow that much (I'd be pulling a car trailer), but having the beefier hitch interests me. I also like the full body paint of the '03-'05 models.

So its the same hitch, different rated Axles and Brakes. Brad M has torn his hitch off several times  and is rated for 18k 2009. I think caused by excessive side loads. Fat coach, fat toad, X3on the back of the toad. Pros and cons to everything. No way to load my bronco, trailer, spare set of sand tires , tools and parts and stay under 10k IMO for my application. 18k would be perfect. 12k would probably meet my needs nicely..

Replacing the lights at the original extremely-low location makes a significant improvement but the improvement is far more dramatic by raising the headlights to a more-appropriate height. I'm extremely pleased with the LED lights I installed at the higher location.

I did the same thing as David using semi truck headlights and they are awesome. I
have no trouble seeing at night now and I do a lot of night driving. Another advantage
of the semi headlights is if you need to work on your heater control just remove the
right hand headlight assembly and it's right there.
