Best possible leak you could have. I changed out to tension clamps on radiator and intercooler to reduce those kind of leaks

Looking for a couple of part numbers, first the fan seals not sure if they are all the same?, next the isolator bushings on the radiator, on a side note when I disconnected the lower radiator mounts seemed like the radiator was in a bind and moved outward a bit shouldn't it hang straight down and just be stayed with the lower brackets
Thanks

Lord is owned by Parker.  You may have success finding them at a Parker distributor.

Yes should be hanging neutral, and resting on the radiator support underneath of it. Atlas installed on I believe 2002 and newer.

Thanks I will bolt to the main brackets first and bring the lower brackets to the radiator, it doesn't need any more stress on it

Seems like when I did the flushes I did not get back what I put in, when I did the initial drain got about 12 gal of old coolant, which the county landfill took 5 gal at a time for free. Have done 2 flushes and seem like I am not getting 1 to 1-1/2 back from what I put in. Did both with distilled water. Checked engine oil and trans both oils look good not milky, drain heater hose as well? Ran engine on high idle 1200 rpm until I felt the thermostat open then let it run for another 5-10 after that

Thanks

Amazon.com: OEMTOOLS 24444 Coolant System Refiller Kit, 5 Adapters, Eliminate...

Just amazing how well it works. Great on the aqua hot and generator. Gets all the air out. Must have a air compressor to make the vacuum work

Scott does this draw all the old coolant and water out of the system? So I don't have to deal with the flush water diluting the new coolant?

Thanks

Not Scott, but it does not draw 100% of the fluid out of the system but it does get most of it out.  Some inevitably gets stuck in the system.  I followed Brett's instructions and refill with 50% of the capacity with concentrated coolant and then distilled water to get close to full.  In order to fully top off I check the freeze point and finish topping off with more concentrated coolant or distilled water as required.

No. It can't expand the fluid to extract much. But wow does it get the expanding air out. You can hear the air bubbles gurgling everywhere.

Also flattens the hoses under full vacuum which is a little disconcerting but apparently it doesn't damage them.
