Re: Fiberglass cracking on top of slideout Reply #27 – April 26, 2025, 08:33:20 pm To me, it looks like it may be the body filler ("bondo") cracking due to flexing or shrinking. 5200 is gross stuff and should never be used anywhere.Do NOT use silicone based sealant ever on fiberglass (you'll never get anything else to stick again).I'm a fan of polysulfide sealants.I'd seal it up, and then hit it with a rattle can of somewhat close spray paint (to keep UV off the sealant).
