Re: Alternator frozen Reply #27 – June 06, 2025, 09:33:38 am Followup on hydraulic pump belt replacement. I was not able to get the factory spec belt (#080465) installed over the pulleys. After one failed order with NAPA (Rec'd wrong belt and no correct one in stock), I found both the standard and HD #4080471 in stock on Amazon. Leadtime on the Gates STD belt was 24 hours and the Gates HD belt was 10 days. We have a trip coming up soon so I didn't want to wait too long. I ordered one of each. The STD belt arrived yesterday and seems to be a good fit. It was very easy to install. Picture below. At this point, I assume the HD will fit well also. It should arrive before we leave. So, if you are carrying spare belts, you should check and make sure you can get them on. I'm updating my owner's manual to show the slightly larger belt size.PSA - Remember to use the forum link when ordering from Amazon. I'm sure every little bit helps keep it going.Rich Quote Selected 5 Likes
