The unit I've looked at online, do not show the complete picture of dash.  These units have both air leveling and Hyd. jack leveling?

To open/close slides, is there a procedure to follow?  as far as I know, Newmar is the only one requiring leveling first, then slide ops.

So even for leveling, you first air level and then do the Hyd. jack leveling?

No.  Air leveling only.  On the newer coaches, the ones on a Spartan chassis (original Realm circa 2015 and then 2019 and later.)

Generally, level, then slide out.  You turn a key, wait for a solid amber light, then press the rocker to extend the slide.  While the amber light is flashing, the HWH controls are using the aux compressor to create a venturi to evacuate/deflate the slide bladder.  Once the slide is either in or out as desired and the hydraulic motor stops, you turn the key off.  Newmar actually wants you to only move the slides at ride height/on air, but that could be because they dump air then level with jacks.

You are right..  its been a long day , thats what I meant to say.  thx for correcting.  They do ride height because thats how the slides are built into the frame during production.  Coach stays at ride Ht/travel mode at all time during slide manufacturing.
