that outlet is what I use for our res fridge off inverter, but I installed one specially for that use and tv. 1000 watt true sine under bed but our fridge is the smaller one. I have had zero issues. I left the lower vent in but cut sone 1" blue styrofoam to put behind it and made it in 2 sections so it is easy to remove. If you want pics I can do that.
