This morning I started up and the engine was idling fine. Then, after a couple of minutes, the idle roughed up and it died. Wouldn't restart. I check the plastic canister on this Win filter and saw fuel about a quarter the way up the bowl. I tried starting again and it fired up and continued to run. I note, while running, the fuel level in the bowl goes almost empty...
