I thought that was a bit high, but it is much easier to come down in price than go up, so maybe the seller was planning to make the buyer feel good by giving him a "bargain" when in reality it sold for what the seller actually wanted. Who knows.Sure hope that Beau can find another place for a shop. I was happy with what he did for us and what he charged. I'll go back to him again next year. Quote Selected
