Very nice, keep up the good work guys and gals.
I see people questioning the price.  I have owned three new 45' Diesel pushers in about 1.5 years and bought my first DutchStar in 2005.  First off it's a prototype (my hats off to Foretravel for showing off new goods) you can also see a 2025.
2. 1.8 mil is list that means you can buy it for around 30-40% off that price.  I was at Liberty Coach last month looking.  If you order a new Prevost you will be over 3 mil.  They have a nice 2023 used for 2.6  I like my 2025 Foretravel better and it's a much better value.
3. I have not found any reasonable insurance company that will go over 1m.  You self insure over that.
4. If you want new you are going to have a high depreciation in any coach.  The higher price coach many times depreciate at a lower percentage.  But I can't take my money with me when I die maybe you can.  I want new so that's what I did.
5. Compare Foretravel to any King Air, Prevost conversion or Newell and Foretravel wins in all categories except the chassis and I don't need a 2 million mile chassis.
6. I have many more reasons that it would take several pages to list.    One is the awesome people at Foretravel  Every single one I've dealt with have been incredible.
That's my two cents.  John D

I am interested in what was so disappointing with the Cornerstone that you traded out so fast. I am giving though to upgrading the 08 Nimbus and looking at various options. My budget will not allow new high end. Living in the Northeast Ride response on rough roads is the main disappointment. Air and noise infiltration at higher speeds or high crosswinds along with the poor performance of the dash heat and AC during those conditions is next. Finally, would be floorplan better suitable for guests, seating, sleeping. Family with grandkids and also guests for sporting and concert events. My considerations are IH45, Early Realm, or pre 2009 Prevost-Newal based. Feedback Please!

Dennis,
I feel your pain when it comes to the perfect purchase but it's not there.  You are on the right track though with the choices you listed.  I would not look at anything out of exactly what you listed except I would probably put Newell last.
Now to answer your question, the cornerstone was a nice production coach and for the money but that's it.  It was ok but I wanted something much better in every way.  I had more problems than I thought you should.  I did have good support from NIRVC on repairs.    I think your best bet is new as possible in 5e brands you listed and you can't go wrong.  In many cases the older ones are some of the most solid.  Only my experience and opinion.  John D
