Six Pack O Ring Replacement

I have had a leak down problem for awhile now, I have read all I can find about the subject and the problem, Now I have the O Rings in hand and I'm ready to tackle the repair, Can anyone tell me do I need to remove the entire manifold from the coach? I have researched this and can not find the best way to approach this. :-(

You actually don't need to remove the manifold.  FT doesn't and Steve didn't when he redid our front sixpack.  Just be sure to block and chock before dumping the air, then you can remove the solenoid valves and replace their o-rings one at a time.  A little o-ring grease is recommended to prevent damaging the new ones.

Oh, and a nice padded something to lay on while doing this is recommended.  I think Steve used some moving blankets.

If you take the nut off then the coil then remove coil then the valve body, replace the "O" rings then clean the manifold surface and reassemble. No need to disconnect the wiring.
You will have better access if you start with the bottom solenoids and work your way up.
Mark as necessary so they all end up in their correct position.

When I changed the o-rings on both manifolds of my 96 270 earlier this year, I removed the mainfolds so I could do the work on a bench.  This allowed me to clean and lube the electrical connections and to tighten the air line connections when reassembling.  As already mentioned: mark everything well.  I used painters tape to lable everything--but may have switched a connection or two because when I have air in the system and leave it for two days, the right side is always high when I come back.  I'll chase that down before it gets too cold....Andy1

You may have had an up leak (leaking raise solenoid) that was covered up by a down leak.
After you confirm all connections are good if it still goes up you could swap the raise solenoids to see if the problem moves to the other side.

                     So I assume that the manifolds (6 pack) being discussed here are the ones I see located between the air tanks? Looks like 6 air lines on one side and electrical on the other?

Yes airlines on one side and solenoid valves on the other.
You have one front and rear.
Top two are the travel solenoids that work with the ride height control valve when you have a green travel light.
Middle two are the dump solenoids and bottom two are the raise solenoids.
The dump and raise solenoids work in the level mode.
At least that is the way my '95 works.

I sure wish I would have found this information before I replaced the O rings on the Six Packs Yesterday,, I still had the Right Rear leak down overnight.

I must say replacing the O Rings was a lot easier than I thought

                   I have a leakdown from 125 psi to 75 psi in about 5 or 6 hours. Both gauges indicate exact same rate of air loss. Down to 25 overnight.
          Does this give any clue as to where the leaks may be coming from? I have soaped all the connections I can find and nothing seems to show up.

              I realize this is a repetitive issue but it seems that this much leakdown would show up somewhere.
