leaking coolant antifreeze
Good day everyone. seeking some input.I noticed a bright red puddle on the ground from the aqua hot belly bay door.I opened to find a small pool of anti freeze(engine). I found a small elbow leaking from the motor supply line into the aqua hot. I removed the antifreeze into a bucket, blew out the line into a bucket on the other end.Cleaned up the fitting and soft soldered the joint. It did
not take.I believe the elbow may be cracked.No real big deal. I put the two 3/4 heater hose connections together. I capped off the inbound and outbound lines into the aqua hot.I would just like to know if I will do any damage to the coil part, because there will be no coolant running through that coil and I will be using the aqua hot for heat.I will take the whole thing apart in the spring and fix it correctly.
