Used to build turbos for Energy Industries a division of Holt cat,they sell new turbos which are more money then a reman,the turbos
are Garrett or other name brands with a Cat nameplate,they also sell a cartridge,in reman or new,it's possible since my time some things have changed.

The Borg Warner one I bought, and my Cat turbo, looked totally different. Price was $500.00 cheaper then Cat.
My understanding is, the Cat model I had, can not be bought new through Cat. Just refurb. I couldn't find a new one any where on the web.
I am sure you can buy other models new.
