Have you all generally linked your primary checking account or have you created a new account dedicated for TSD?

We opened a separate account for the coach to use with TDS.

We opened a separate, dedicated account. Easier to monitor and keep track of. Less security risk.

A recent change by EFS(last month), if you have not used your card in the last 6 months, it will be listed as inactive and you will get a big surprise at the pump when you go to finalize your purchase.... When you call TSD about it they will tell you that they will reactivate the card but you have only 24 hours to use it or it will go inactive again.  They are working on the issue but for now that is what it is.

TSD did say that if you find that your card is inactive when you check out, call them immediately while you are there and they MAY be able to get the card activated while you are there.($60 mistake on my part)

Did EFS contact you people with that information, if so makes me wonder why I received no notice.

EFS never told TSD of their change.  They only found out by outraged members and followed up with EFS.  They say they are trying to work the issue with EFS.

It's been 2 years since the last post - is TSD still the preferred diesel fueling program (in particular for pump start)?

I Think TSD has become "Open Roads" - Open Roads - Home 
They also have a Nationwide Toll Transponder...

It is for me. Now called Open Roads.  Does not include Flying J/Pilot. Good app on smart phones.

The only problem we have had was we hadn't used the card while we were confined at home. I had to call TSD and have the card reactivated. They said that if you didn't use the card in a 12 month period the card will be locked out for security reasons.

They locked mine for 6 months unused. Phone call was quick and easy to re-activate.

I use the TSD👍👍. my only complaint is reloading the app and passwords when I have changed devices. Monthly use. Ive noticed some times the private local prices may be within a penny but the large nozzle supply is so much nicer and non stop delivery of my fuel purchase.

I also had to reactivate ours because it was over 6 months between useage. It was very easy to get it working again by calling the number on the back of the card.
