Based on my experience last winter, you should be fine almost down to zero. I made it through several nights colder than what you are experiencing, with the coldest night in the 3-5 degree range. I used a small electric heater on each side in the bays to protect the plumbing, a towel stuffed in the opening around the sewer hose, and left a small flow of water in the bathroom to keep the incoming water line from freezing. I had two electric heaters inside set to about 60 degrees. When the power went off and the heaters in the bay weren't working I used the furnaces at 60. Nothing ever froze. These coaches are remarkably well insulated.

Another thing I came up with as I'm parked at home and we are going through a
unusually bad cold spell is to keep the shower door open. When I'm travelling I
have the thermostat for the bedroom set at 55 degree F so having the shower
door open is not an issue.

I open any and all cupboard doors in the kitchen area and wherever there is anything that holds liquid and might freeze and cause damage.
Of course, I do this when temps are going to get brutally cold so the heaters can get into those places.

Strange that there was no frost on my windshield this morning as the temperature was 12f, so I checked the humidity and that was 12 also. Dryer than a popcorn f#@t as the western saying goes.
