molding on outside door, socket cover plastic clips, bottom step

Just taking care of some miscellaneous things.
    See attached pictures.
1.)  I don't think there is any way to clean the molding on the outside door.  Any links to get a new one?
2.)  Where would I find a source for those tiny plastic clips that hold the plug sockets in place.  Over the years they have gotten
      brittle.
3.)  My bottle step on the right side is lower than the left.  It has always been that way but before I tear it all out is that something to
    be concerned about?

Thanks

Water damage to the front entry step is common. There's a design flaw in it that allows water from the road to get under it and pool. Rebuilding is pretty straight forward:

One of the guys at Foretravel Service dept used a cleaner on my door seal recently and cleaned it up in seconds, I think he called it Superclean?
I may have the name wrong but it stunk pretty good for an hour or so, smelled a little bit like Isopropyl, but it was much cleaner in the time it took to go around the door, not perfect but better than it had been in years.

I use Superclean for the same thing and it works.

I will try the superclean.
Good information on the step. I saw the step by step (no pun intended) in a previous post.
