Fresh Water Pump

Hi all,
  I need some info from anyone with a 2000 U 320 coach. My neighbor's coach, a 2000 U 320, needs a new fresh water pump. My 1997 U 320 has a shurflo 2088 type pump. It was a very easy pump to remove, and replace. He says his 2000 U 320 has a different brand pump.  What brand/type pump do the 2000 U 320s have. And is there something better.

Shurflo 2088 needs an accumulator.  I and many others would recommend using one of the newer pumps that do not need an accumulator, like the new Shurflo 4008.  Many have the Shurflo 5.7 variable speed water pump, but some have had problems with this model.

Any pump, if it will fit, can work.  Plumb a ball valve on input and output lines to allow easy pump changes, without needing to drain fresh water tank or house plumbing.
