Electric Dump Valves

With all the discussion about broken and hard to operate dump valves on black and grey tanks,  has anyone converted to the 12Volt operated valves?
Question is; Good or Dumb idea?
Thanks

Auto Drain has a 12 volt motor that is added to a standard holding tank drain valve to open and close with switches.  We have been using them for years.  Don't know how they work with cable drain valves.

I installed two several years ago on SOB. Working  well when I sold the SOB, still in touch with new owner and no problems.
The brand I installed had a an allen wrench to use in case of electrial failure. It would be difficult to use in my present '93 U300. One must remove panels in compartment to gain access to the valves.
