Help me identify this part please

Recently I lost the corner lens from the rear tail light on our 1991 U280. I know the year and model of the "car" that it came from. FT has them for $300+ but I'm not going to drop that much on the entire light housing when it's only that yellow or orange ( I'm color blind ) part that bends around the side. I also am aware that my rear drivers side came off of the cars rear passenger side. There is a guy on Ebay selling the whole rear lens for about $26 with S/H included but the problem........or rather HIS problem is that he don't feel it's important to answer emails. I've sent him 2 with no reply. He has 2 of these actually that both say RIGHT side but I don't want to buy the wrong side. Could someone please look up item number 380247140413 on Ebay and tell me what you make of this tail light? Again, he shows 2 listed with different numbers. I don't care which one I buy as long as it's the one I need.
Thanks in advance :)

Carl,

My coach is a '91 GV 40' 300. The lens looks just like mine but, I would feel better if I could see the #'s on it. The picture isn't sharp enough to discern any #'s.

Mine appears to be a 2-piece w/ the yellow end detachable. I haven't removed mine to know for certain. The pictured one appears to match perfectly when comparing the screen-shot to my taillight side-by-side.

Were it me, I'd pop for the $14.97 + shipping & take a chance on saving $285.00 + shipping.

JMHO, you get to  toss the dice,

John

That looks like the correct lens for the drivers side.  I've had mine off and if I remember correcty they are a single glued assembly - meaning there are seperate pieces but they are all supposed to be glued together.  If i needed one I would buy it.
