Charger Is Not Charging

Hello! (from hot and humid Nashville)

The RV Park lost power 2.30 this morning and when it restored my charger is not charging.

I have AC in the coach from the pedestal, and both house ACs running, but no green light on the Link 2000 Heart Interface to tell me the charger sees AC. Since the battery voltage is only 12.85v I'm sure the charger is NOT charging. AmpHrs reads P087: don't know what that means.

Could not see any breakers tripped.

Any suggestions?

As it so often happens, asking a question solves the problem.

The breaker ON THE CHARGER was tripped.

All is well now. (Except for the generator not working, yet - see the other thread).
