Button top wood plugs

Does anyone know what Foretravel uses to keep wood screw hole covers in place?

I appreciate the convenience of being able to easily remove these plugs and want to use the same or similar adhesive to put them back in place.

Try "Tacky wax" or silicone.
Keeps miniatures, figurines, glass, eggs, displays from slipping,
sliding, toppling, or vibrating away.

It won't stain and can be washed off with warm water or wiped off.

Either one will allow you to remove them anytime.
