What is the brand name of non-ceramic tile used by FOT in remodeling?

I seem to remember reading on the old forum the name of the ceramic-like floor tile used by the factory in remodeling jobs.

Does anyone know the manufacturer's name?

I'm not absolutely sure but I think it is Duraceramic by Congoleum. Duracermic is a cross between vinyl and ceramic tile. It is basically a vinyl tile with mineral fillers to give it the ceramic tile look. It should be more durable and more attractive than regular vinyl tile and handle the flexure of the motorhome chasis better than ceramic tile, marble or granite. I should always be used with a flexible grout and mastic. It should be available from any flooring store that handles Congoleum.

Don't forget if replacing carpet a high density, moisture resistant, sound deadening substrate such as Homasote, should be used or things will get pretty noisy.

Jeff and I used Congoleum Dura Ceramic in our coach after seeing it in Brett Wolfe's.  Foretravel uses something very similar, but not that brand.  They are almost interchangeable, as far as I could tell.  They buy it locally at a floor covering store in Nacogdoches.  We bought ours at home and took it with us for installation at the Foretravel factory, since the real nitty gritty of the job was having the existing floor (which had been installed by the previous owner by in Arizona) removed and not knowing what nightmare would be underneath.  The proper underlayment had been  removed and the Foretravel techs restored everything. What a difference!
