Just a simple screen door lock!

We have two orange tabby cats who travel with us. Normally they run away when ever a outside door is opened. They are afraid to go out. But being concerned that they might decide to run out if the door were opened, I decided to put a lock on the screen door. Have done this in two previous coaches. Just a simple half turn button

Now my screen door has a catch attachment that attaches it to the main door automatically. Never did I think that this would be a problem. But if you are outside and the screen door is locked and wind catches the main door. Well you get the picture. The screen door is locked to the inside and the main door locks to the screen door when it is closed, there is no way of getting into the coach because the doors will not separate. And that little tiny half turn button does not give at all. The cats thought it was very funny, me coming thru the rear window!!!
