Nor Cold Model 682 refrigerator

We have a NorCold model 682 refrigerator.  Does any one have any knowledge/experience with this refrigerator?  If so, what has been your experience?

We have a Norcold 682 refrigerator in our 1997 U270 and it works fine.
 
We have five 12-volt muffin fans blowing air against the fins all the time to even out the temperatures and reduce the amount of ice collected on the fins.
Periodically we defrost the freezer back plate and fridge fins by turning the fridge off and using a hair dryer to help melt the accumulated ice.
 
We have replaced the rubber door seals once. With our Chaney wireless thermometer, we see our normal temps at 33 & -1 degrees.  The Chaney will give us an audible alarm if temps get out of our chosen range.
