HWH 600 Ride height problem

After dumping all pressure in the air bags, system pressure 115 psi.
turning on the ignition, releasing the parking brake and engine not running.

The left side goes to proper ride height, both front & rear, the right side, both front and rear stays @ dumped height

After raising the coach to full up, system pressure 115
turning on the ignition, releasing the parking brake and engine not running

The left side goes to proper ride height, both front & rear, the right side , both front & rear stays at full up height

The coach will always go to level from full inflation, or dumped.

Any help out there. I have read Beam Alarm, studied the HWH schematics and cannot find anything common that would cause this.

The coach will not return to the proper travel height with the ignition on and the system off.


Check the fuse for the travel solenoids. A blown fuse indicates a shorted wire or solenoid valve.
Unplug one air harness at a time to determine which wire or manifold is shorted.
Then unplug the travel solenoid to determine a bad wire or valve.
If the fuse is not blown, check the corresponding pins in the control box for the travel solenoids.
If +12 power is not present, replace the control box.
If power is present check for power at the manifolds.
Then replace the solenoid valve for any bag that will not re-inflate.

Sounds like the right side "Ride Height Valve"

Bill if you don't have a manual you can download one from HWH's web site. Trouble shooting is fairly easy. I recently had trouble with right front going full up in travel. Turned out to be a bad right front solenoid. A word of caution when you work on the leveling system under your coach MAKE SURE YOU BLOCK THE SUSPENSION, to keep it from comeing down on you due to sudden loss of air pressure
