Broken valve stem

We're sitting here at Foretravel in Nac yet! Was planning on leaving today. Inside rear wheel on the driver's side checked low before leaving home so I filled it. Went to check it yesterday evening...low.. so decided to fill it before we left. Went to put valve stem cap on and the entire extension broke off--with the threaded male end of the regular valve stem inside.

Can I get new valve stem installed here by Foretravel? If not, any recommendations for local repair??
Also, any recommendations for fuel stop (easy in & out) on 59 south from here?

Doh! I doubt that you can get it fixed at a reasonable price on Sunday. I would expect that FOT could do it on Monday.

Herman Power Tire Company in NAC, installed the tires on my coach. They have mobile service. One of my new tires went flat and came off the rim while the coach was at MOT. Someone from Herman Power visited MOT and repaired the flat.

I originally typed that you could not get it fixed for a reasonable price on Monday. That may be true, but I meant to type Sunday. I corrected the original post.

Herman Power tire put the tires on my coach as well.  I would call them and see if they can come out.

Nitehawk,
Got a good easy in and out place for fuel. It is on the street that Xtreme Graphics is located. Chevron station.  Unfortunately, the exit from 59 to that street takes you in the wrong direction. So if you've got a local map just find your easiest way to North Street (main street through downtown Nac).

I am sure others will do a better job than I have done.

I am pretty sure that the factory does not do tires.

Nitehawk,
If you have Coach Net or Good Sam, they will fix it for your FREE.

For fuel, go North one exit. You will see it on the offramp. You can get in and fuel up and then get out and turn left and get back on going south. You can also go south and if you are staying on 59 there will be a turn off towards Lufkin. I forget the name of the place but it is also right at the ramp before you turn right to continue to the south.  There are a number of small fuel stops you can get into and out of on 59 both north and south. The quality of their fuel I do not know. I usually use high volume places...

Just two days ago I helped a neighbor, to us here at the Lemon Rally in Quartzsite with a U320, remove his front tire.  He also had a flat due to a crack in his value stem due to a short 1" extender.  He declared that he was going to remove all his extenders.  The downside is not worth the convenience.

As you come off what I call the 59 loop ( this is the road Foretravel is located on) going south, you will see the sign where you need to exit right for 59 towards Lufkin. This is only a few miles from Foretravel. Just before the exit lane on the right is a exit to a service lane. These two exits are less than 300 feet apart. Since you are going slow to exit, take the first road ( the service lane) making a right and a quick left. Follow this 50 yards and you are in the fuel stop with the trucks. If you miss it, exit to 59 Lufkin and turn in from 59.
