Battery terminals

My '91 GV came with "military style" terminals.  Of course, I did not know the name at the time and all attempts to find them at an RV, truck or auto parts store failed.  It turns out that the military DOES use these and there are Federal Stock Numbers for them.  (See the attached picture)

I finally got smart and called a battery company that sells Trojan and forklift batteries.  They did not have them but gave me the name of someone in Houston that does carry them.  Their web address is: Batteries - Laptop, Camcorder, Cordless Phone, Cell Phone, Digital
They had them in stock and were $8.00 each.  They have a shipping department so I imagine that you can get them shipped to you.

Napa Auto Parts lists them too, but you will have to check with the store to see if they stock them as the store I went to did not.  There part numbers are: NW 728223 and NW 728222.

In trying to find a source I came across these:
Amazon.com: Pico 0810PT Military Style Top Post Battery Terminal 1 Set Positive

If someone is attending a rally and wants to get the terminals in lots of 25 at $2.55 each (includes freight), they are available from:
ECVC, Inc :: Battery Lugs
