Heart interface model 25 inverter/charger

Hi all,
My inverter/charger cooling fan bearings are starting to fail. I am trying to determine in advance if it is a 12 or 110v fan. I don't have a manual and due to the age I have not found any info on line. Any help would be appreciated.

I found out that when I bought my coach that the fan was not running. I purchased a HD 5" a/c computer type fan and it has been running for 3 years continuously without an overheat issue. I am now looking to find another one, just in case this one dies.
