Aqua Hot Repairs - Roger Berke
I just have to give Roger Berke the great accolades he so deservedly earned today. Roger came down to So. Cal. this week to work on a couple of coaches, ours being one. We have been fighting with our Aqua Hot for almost a year now and have had a great effort by Tom Nerhus, with Roger's assistance over the phone, trying to get it to work correctly. Roger finally conceded and showed up today to take a personal stab at it. He encountered a problem he had not had before and was able to get our unit back in tip top working order. I think we all would agree that Roger is the Zen Master of Aqua Hot. It was a real pleasure to meet Roger and watch him work his magic. He is just a really pleasant guy who really appears to love his work. We are so excited to have our unit in great working order and able to attend the opening day of fishing at Lake Crowley. Thanks Roger.
