1995 U320 body specs.

I need to route and build a parking area for a 40', 95 U320 SE that I hopefully will purchase at the end of next month.

I was hoping somebody had a brochure or a spec sheet that would list the:

Total actual length of the 95 U320SE.
Total actual width of the outside with and without awnings and mirrors.
Wheel base length.
Actual height to the top of the factory A/C units ( approx.Dome height for a in  motion  sat system)

Thanks for your help.

I believe the 95 U320SE 40' was the first year of the bus style body with the door in front, so it should be the same as my 96 U270 regards width and height.  102" is the max width for a vehicle on highways, anything wider requires an oversize permit.  Where this measurement is taken, I don't know, probably a major body part, like from the outside wall to outside wall or outside basement door to outside basement door.  Just measured mine from outside edge of mirrors and it was 121" and it could be a little more or less depending on how the mirror arms are  adjusted.  I measured the body width at the lower front cap trim strip at 103".  There are other things that stick out too such as lighted door handle, door step when down, awnings, and CB antenna.  I didn't try to measure the height, and my measurements could be off + or - a half inch as I didn't have any help and had to use a plumb bob and tape measure.

Thanks.
I looked at Barry's info pages but did not see the specs I need listed. That was my first stop, I thought for sure that with the vast amount of info Barry has compiled it would be right there.
Your efforts have given me some of the info I was looking for. I know that the published data is rarely ever the REAL dimensions.

I'm trying to figure a route into a parking area and inches will count in the final decision.

Actual dimensions are rarely most critical when planning routes.  Changes in slope change the effective height.  Turning radius changes effective width if there are any curves in the route.  Be very careful in trying to cut things too fine.
