Gasket on fuel filler neck

The rubber gasket on the fuel filler neck is beginning to shred.  Can I get this item at NAPA or should I try a truck parts place.  Also, has anyone had to replace this item and how did you do it?

It's 1/2 of a rubber CV-joint boot, nothing fancy, nothing special.  Easily purchased at NAPA or even one of the lesser auto parts places.  One boot = 2 fuel filler sleeves.  Just cut it in half.

No real trick to install it, just be sure to measure the the fuel fill neck and buy one that will fit over it without significant difficulty.
